He is a native New Mexican. After graduating Highlands High School he pursued an undergraduate degree at West Virginia University . His passion for helping people lead him to the prestigious Georgetown University, where he completed his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Afterward, Dr. Tom moved back to Albuquerque to help serve the community that shaped his life's path. His love for learning inspired him to continue his educational journey by attending The University of New Mexico to obtain a graduate degree.

Beyond his clinical accomplishments, he spends time with his children and 3 grandchildren. You can find him on the beautiful bike and hiking paths within New Mexico and across the United States.
